It’s WELLvember … so ‘Let’s get healthy in November’.
This is the theme for WELLvember at CGHS this year with a program that offers a mix of everything … from a street party to health lunches, from meditation to music and from cycling to running.
Held for the first time last year, the initiative encourages everyone to participate in a month of events and activities around the themes of health and wellbeing, as well as providing staff support services.
The launch is this Friday with a free healthy barbecue lunch in the Sale campus cafeteria.
Health and wellbeing is a key component of the CGHS strategy by embedding a health, safety and wellbeing approach into planning and activities to create a robust and sustainable safety culture.
The complete calendar for WELLvember events is being sent out with this newsletter.
