A lot is happening in the Women’s and Children’s Unit.
The Obstetric Team has started its ‘Journal Club’ and nursing staff have commenced presenting daily education. Despite the continuing technical difficulties, this has all been quite successful so far.
A video on ‘How to set up CPAP’ has been created, which is now available for all W&C staff to use for education. Paediatric simulations are continuing every third Wednesday of the month, highlighting areas that can be improved and those that are already working well.
